1. Take Care Of Injury 

When you are taking a lot care of injuries don't do activities that is obstacles to recovery this is worst activity for injuries. Get medical treatment and advice from docter. 

You have to take care if you know the healing process takes a long time or a month don't stuck with it for a long time with your injury. You have to understand that injury is part of progress that teach you more than other, you learned how to deal with injuries. I learned more when I got injured.

2. Don't Stuck. Priority For Self Care 

Injuries makes your body week, you have to give major attention on recovery. Stay focused on how to heal fast and during healing enjoy your life don't stuck with it for a long time. Injuries impacts on your brain activities. It can leads to stress, depression and anxiety. You feel these in first few days, just think I will stand up.

3. Focus on What You Can 

Post injury you haven't the same energy to do yoga once you had. Don't be sad for what had posture you do continue focusing. Yoga coonects you to something better. Normally victim feels frustration they have to concentrat on I can. It's not important to make our body to face hard conditions than respect our body. Nature cycle and our daily routine don't match nowadays. I learned more by pushing my body too hard and return to my daily normal practice. 

Let know to your yoga teacher that you are injured, they will help you and adjust you classes performing days. Get help about which pose have to you do for healing. 

4. Figure Out What You Can Safely

Easy way is just feel like posture used to pre injury. Practice is temporarily for begginer just focus on or figure out which posture would you perform safely and what you can do better. Perform Leg Up The Pose and Meditation. Get help of your doctor to find out is there any pose to reduce pain. After a few days you feels like comfort then add more pose carefully. 

Before doing any asana get details information perform slowly with body flow don't get any pressure.

5. Stay Positive and Stay Cool

Don't let you injury being bitter, prepare a perfect schedule don't waste your time. Stay focused on I will be stand without leaving any mistakes. Keep you eyes on your goal you can get help of an inspirational quotes. Quotes gives you chance to think again for healing.
